Mission
Non Sibi AI was founded on the principle of non sibi ("not for self") to serve the unmet needs of nonprofits and small businesses, helping expand their reach and impact through the force multiplier of artificial intelligence capabilities and solution sets.
We provide consulting, design, software development, systems integration, implementation, and support services to help you identify and capture opportunities for responsible AI-enabled solutions. We also develop, license, and commercialize proprietary software, applications, platforms, integrated solutions combining software with third-party hardware, and other repeatable technology products.

Founder-Led
Jeremy Hersch, CFA
Jeremy has 20+ years of experience delivering sophisticated product and technology solutions, scalable platforms, and driving business growth, efficiency, and quality.
He led strategic product development at an industry-leading wealthtech platform and SaaS provider powering thousands of independent advisory firms and supporting over 200 integration partners. His primary areas of focus were AI-native product and platform development to enrich the advisor-client journey and toolset.
Previously he served as general manager of a registered investment advisor with over $56B in assets under management, serving 20,000 institutions and 850,000 individual clients.
Jeremy is an alumnus of Princeton University and a CFA charterholder, and he has been a frequent speaker at fintech conferences and industry roundtables. He attended Phillips Academy, whose motto of non sibi inspired Jeremy to name Non Sibi AI. This choice honors a shared spirit of service fundamental to the company's mission.
